The brief
Bulk shopping, online too
AKI opened in 2019 with a simple idea: grocery shopping without packaging. Today the store offers about a thousand food products from 45 regional suppliers, and its customers save 60,000 packages a year.
Its online store had to showcase that whole catalogue and let people order without leaving home, for delivery or in-store pickup.
