In real time
You find out when it happens, not when someone thinks of it.

The right information, to the right person, at the moment it matters. Your systems let you know instead of waiting to be checked.
A registration comes in, a payment fails, stock runs low, a deadline approaches. The information already exists somewhere; the problem is that someone has to remember to go and look for it.
We flip that around: the information comes to you, when it matters, and only to the people it concerns.
The same event can go through several channels depending on how important it is. These notifications often rely on data moving between your systems; see also Migration and synchronization.
What it changes
You find out when it happens, not when someone thinks of it.
Each notification goes to the person who can act, and to them alone.
Deadlines, renewals and appointments are brought to mind in time.
The useful figures land in your inbox, with no compiling.
How it works
What truly deserves an alert, and what can wait for a summary.
Who needs to be told, through which channel, and at what time of day.
Linking up with your systems, tested with real cases.
After a few weeks, we adjust the volume so every notification counts.
“The best alert is the one that arrives before you have to go looking for the problem.”
Questions
No, that’s exactly what we avoid. Urgent notifications go out right away; the rest is grouped into a summary. And we fine-tune after a few weeks of use.
Often, yes: through its API, through webhooks, through the emails it already sends or through its export files. We check the options before proposing a solution.
Messages are billed per use by the provider, per message. For most notifications, email, Slack, Teams or Discord are enough, and text messages are kept for urgent matters.
Every notification is recorded in a log, and the system monitors itself: if a notification doesn’t go out, someone is told.
That’s exactly what we do best. Tell us about it: we’ll find the best way to build it, on your timeline and within your budget.
