The background
Scouts, better equipped to help
In Northern Québec, éclaireurs are community members trained to spot, welcome and guide someone in distress. They needed a mobile tool built for them: clear, secure, useful in the field.
Québec Studio built the Quasar app and its PocketBase backend. Sensitive content (bulletins, first aid) is reserved for signed-in accounts; the bulletin board and some resources stay more widely available.

Content managed in one place
PocketBase centralizes the collections: announcements, bulletins, first-aid documents, resources. The app reads that catalogue with automatic session refresh.

The right content, for the right people
Not everyone needs to see everything. First aid and bulletins stay behind authentication; the rest of the network stays reachable. It’s a matter of trust as much as of technique.
